An unclaimed profile is a supplier profile for an organisation that has not yet signed up to Risk Ledger. These profiles represent potential suppliers that you may want to interact with, even if they haven’t joined the platform.

How to Interact with Unclaimed Profiles

You can connect with unclaimed profiles and interact with them just as you would with regular suppliers, except they won’t have a completed assessment. Here are some examples of actions you can perform:

  • Apply Tags, Labels, and Properties: Organise and categorise unclaimed profiles using tags, labels and properties to keep your supplier management process streamlined.

  • Make Notes: Add notes to unclaimed profiles to document important information.

  • Run Approval Workflows: Integrate unclaimed profiles into your existing approval workflows to maintain consistency in your processes.

Documentation Management

You have the ability to upload documentation to unclaimed profiles. These documents will remain private to you and will not be shared with anyone else, ensuring that sensitive information is kept secure until the supplier joins Risk Ledger.

Connecting with Multiple Clients

Multiple clients on the network can connect to the same unclaimed profile. This shared connection helps to build a network of interest around the supplier, leveraging multiple connections to encourage suppliers to sign up and take ownership of their profiles.

By working together and showing a collective interest, we can motivate suppliers to join Risk Ledger, thereby enhancing the overall utility and completeness of the platform for everyone involved.
