Supplier Preview

When you search for and select a result on Risk Ledger, you have access to the ‘preview’ feature. This feature enables you to view public and basic information about the supplier, providing a snapshot of essential details such as the supplier’s name, website, and location. This preview functionality helps you gather initial insights before deciding to connect with them or interact further.

Basic Profile

This feature becomes available to users once they have created an unclaimed profile or have a pending connection request to a claimed profile. You will be able to use open risks and profile workflows; however, access to assessments and discussions will be restricted until the profile is claimed or the connection request is accepted, as there is no active user behind the profile or the connection is not yet established.

Full Profile

Available to users once a supplier has claimed their profile and/or accepted the connection request. This would grant access to all supplier data and profile workflows.

Unclaimed Supplier

A term used for a supplier profile that has not yet signed up for Risk Ledger and claimed their profile. For example, a client can interact with an unclaimed profile even though there is no active user managing it.
