Reporting Risks

This article explains:

  • Exporting Risk data to csv

  • Export Risk data automatically via the API

  • Utilising the Reports > Risks page


Getting Risk data out of your account means you can communicate supply chain risk to the right people in your organisation at the right time. Utilise the Risks dashboard to interact and analyse data of specific Risks. The Reports Risk page displays high level information that helps you to identify where the worst risks are so you can make an action plan to work with internal stakeholders and the supplier to reduce them.


Exporting Risk data to csv:

Risk data can be exported to a csv file. All information contained in the Risk dashboard is exported to csv by by default.

  1. Click Risks to view the dashboard

  2. Click the Export button in the top right hand corner of the page

Before exporting you can filter the dashboard using the + Add Filter button to drill down


Export Risk data through the API:

Risk data can be exported automatically via the API. All risks can be exported or specific risks can be called. Data such as the Risk name, Description, Assigned user, Risk owner plus more are included.


Reports Risk page:

To view useful information about where the risk is within your supply chain click Reporting from your navigation menu then click Risks to further analyse the data. Customise the date range at the top of the page to suit your reporting needs.

  • Quickly identify number of open Risks, closed Risks and Risks by top 10 suppliers.

  • Use the Risks Matrix to understand the number of open risks that fall into each category.

  • Drill down into Risks by Top 10 controls to spot trends across your supply chain.

  • Risks are displayed by tags and labels
