This article explains:

  • The Reporting pages

  • How to change the timeframe the data is based on

  • How to export the data

You are able to view and export a variety of metrics by navigating to the Reporting page on the left hand side menu panel.

On the reporting page, you will find four different tabs which each display a variety of metrics on your activity and supplier base on Risk Ledger.

  1. Compliance Reporting Tab - Breakdown of the overall compliance landscape of your supplier base within a given timeframe.

  2. Activity Reporting Tab - Displays the overall activity of new supplier connections, assessment submissions and completed reviews within a given timeframe.

  3. Performance Reporting Tab - Displays metrics related to the median time it has taken for activities to be completed within a given timeframe. This page shows the median time by default, but this can be changed to mean, minimum and maximum as well on the top of the page.

  4. Risk Reporting Tab - Displays data based on Risks you have raised against your suppliers. Learn more about Risks and Risk reporting here.

How to Select The Timeframe For a Reporting Output

💡 By default the reporting metrics are displayed for the following time frames: Within the last 30 days for the Compliance and Activity tab & All time for the Performance tab.

You can select the time frame, over which the reporting metrics are displayed, by clicking into the timeframe button (see screenshot below). There you will be able to select between 4 different preset timeframes or select a custom timeframe.

Selecting a Custom Timeframe:

When you click into the "Custom" selection you can select the dates for which you would like the metrics displayed. Once you are happy with your selections click the "Apply" button to apply the selection.

Export as CSV or PDF:

You are able to export each reporting page as a CSV or PDF by navigating to the Export CSV or Export PDF button on the top right of the page.

"Performance" metrics will be exported in minutes so that they can be easily converted to you measurement of choice (eg. hours or days)
