How to manage your supplier list

You can view and manage all your active supplier connections by navigating to the "Suppliers" page on the left hand side menu panel. Once selected, you will see the below menu. This will show you some common search presets such as;

  • All Suppliers

  • Incomplete Assessments

  • Awaiting Review

Filters

Whilst on the Supplier List, you will be able to choose filters in order to provide you with exactly what you need without the requirement to manually search. This can be done via our filters option shown below.

You will be able to filter your results via the following categories:

  • Name (text)

  • Company Number (text or number)

  • Website (text)

  • Country (text)

  • Sector (text)

  • RL Managed (true or false)

  • Date Added (date)

  • Assessment Complete (true or false)

  • Last Assessment Date (date)

  • Assessment Progress (%)

  • Last Answer Updated (date)

  • Compliance (%)

  • Approval Status (select)

  • Approval Last Modified (date)

  • Approval Expiry (date)

  • Labels (select)

  • Criticality(select)

  • Confidentiality (select)

  • Holds PII (select)

  • Policies Applied (number)

  • Exemptions Applied (number)

  • Non Compliance Applied (number)

  • Remediation Requests (number)

  • Remediation Responses (number)

  • Evidence (number)

Columns

You will also have the option to adjust and select which columns you would like to be applicable, this can be done by selecting the columns option.

Once selected the above menu will appear. Feel free to toggle these on and off to get the perfect view for you. You can reorder the columns by using the drag feature highlighted above.

Saving Views

By default, we provide you with three default view which apply commonly used filters to help you get exactly what you need. If you find yourself regularly filtering in other ways, with different visible columns, just save a new view and this will be available to all users within your organisation. Once you have selected the filters and columns you would like, select 'Save View' as shown below and this will now appear under the suppliers tab for you.

Updating Existing Views

You can make edits and update your existing saved views. To do this, select the existing view and make any relevant changes. Then click 'Save View' and select 'Update existing view'.

If you would like to amend the name of an already saved view, you can do this easily by opening up the saved view and from the top left-hand corner selecting the pencil icon as seen below.

Exporting

At any point, you can export the current view of your suppliers as CSV for further analysis outside of Risk Ledger. This can be done by selecting the 'Export' button as shown below.

Deleting Views

Any personalised views you have saved into the suppliers menu can be easily removed by selecting the 'x' next to the saved view name and selecting 'Delete View' in the prompt. For example, as you can see below:

Sorting

You can sort your view by using the button below, this will appear on any column you have selected as long as sorting is applicable.

This will then allow you to change what you see at the top of the column. Once a column is sorted the icon will change to an arrow as shown below:
