What are Labels?

Labels are custom sub-categorises that can be applied to suppliers. You can create and apply custom labels to your suppliers to improve filtering, reporting and your policy setup on different groups of suppliers.

How to Create a New Label

To create a new label navigate to your account 'Settings > Supplier Labels > Add Label'

💡Users require Admin permission to create a new label.

Apply Labels to Suppliers

To apply a label, navigate to a supplier in the "Suppliers List" section and in the "Overview" page, scroll down until you see the "Labels" section on the right hand side of the page.

Filtering Suppliers by Label

Once you have applied labels to suppliers you can filter by label by heading into Suppliers > All Suppliers. Once here, select Add Filter and select Labels as shown below.

You will then be able to select which Labels you wish to include in the filtered report. In the example below, the label for HR department has been selected.

Once you have selected any labels, you will be able to view your filtered report. This will look like the below:

💡Attach Labels to Policies: You can apply your custom labels to policies to determine the risk requirements that are set over suppliers with those labels attached.
