Why have I been asked to complete additional assessment questions?

This article explains use cases in which you’d be asked to complete additional questions

There are 2 scenarios in which you might receive a notification on needing to complete additional questions:

  • your client has requested you complete the Full-sized assessment where you previously were only required to complete the Small-sized assessment

  • your client has requested that you complete the Add-on domains which fall outside of the core framework

You’ll receive a notification by email informing you that additional information is required:

You'll then just need to log into the Risk Ledger platform and complete any additional sections as prompted by on screen instructions.
