This is a feature we have released to support organisations in managing access to their suppliers. You will now be able to limit access of users' to specific suppliers, this will prevent the user from accessing the profiles of non-assigned suppliers.

Any organisation's admin users can easily access this feature for existing platform users by navigating to Settings > Users and selecting 'Edit' for the relevant user, as depicted below.

Once you are in the Edit screen for the existing user, you will encounter the screen below.

If you wish to limit this user to only assigned suppliers, select Assigned Suppliers. This action will enable the user to exclusively view the profiles of suppliers that have been specifically assigned.

To add a new user from your organisation and promptly set their visibility to assigned suppliers only, navigate to Settings > Users, and click on + Add User in the top right-hand corner, as depicted below:

After selecting this, you will be prompted to enter the user's details. At the bottom, you will find the option to choose whether they will have the ability to see All Suppliers or Assigned Suppliers, as illustrated below:

If you intend to assign a user to a particular supplier, you can achieve this by searching for the relevant supplier and then selecting View, as illustrated below.

You can also locate your supplier by navigating to Suppliers > All Suppliers, as shown below.

Once you have chosen the relevant supplier for the user assignment, you will be directed to the supplier overview page. Navigate to the right-hand side, where you will discover the Assigned Users section. Here, you can select the Edit option to add users, as depicted below.

You will then be able to view the users associated with this particular supplier.
