Switching Modes

You can use Risk Ledger to respond to client security due diligence and risk assessments for free by switching to the Supplier mode on the platform.

In the top left hand corner of your web page within your navigation bar, you will see the description For Clients beneath a white circle icon.

Click this white icon to switch to your supplier account. This mode of the platform is all related to your organisation being the supplier and will contain your organisations supplier assessment questionnaire.

Use our Supplier Help Center for information on using Risk Ledger as a Supplier.

Activating the supplier side

If your organisation is not yet clicked the icon to become a supplier on Risk Ledger, there will be a blue dot below the icon. When the icon is clicked a pop up will appear to confirm if you want to become a supplier on Risk Ledger.

  • Select Become Supplier to proceed

  • Select Decide Later to abandon the set up

Getting started with your supplier account

Once you have activated the supplier mode, the platform will prompt you to:

  • Add Users - Add as many users as you need to help collaborate in completing your own security questionnaire. Users can be added so they only access the supplier mode of the platform and. This means any colleagues added to the supplier mode are restricted from accessing any client mode work that is being undertaken on your own supply chain.

  • Complete Assessment - answer a short set of scoping questions which determines the sections that are relevant to your organisation from the full assessment framework. This tailors the content of the security profile to your organisation.

πŸ’‘ For further information on completing the assessment see the Completing your Supplier Assessment Questionnaire guide.

πŸ’‘ If there is anything we haven't covered, please feel free to contact us at support@riskledger.com or alternatively, select the Chat icon in the bottom right corner.
