Can Risks be seen by my suppliers?

No, only clients can see the risks that they open. It is completely private to the client who opens a risk.

Can I delete a risk?

If you have created a risk in error or simply want to remove a list entirely from your Risks list, you can delete a risk. Deleting a Risk is different from closing a Risk in that all data will be removed. To delete, navigate to the Risk and click the 3 dot menu then click Delete and then Confirm. To delete a Risk the status must be open (you can re-open a closed Risk). When a risk is deleted, you delete the unique risk identification number. For example, if you had 3 risks open, and deleted risk 2, your risk summary would show risk 1 and risk 3. Risk 2 would be unable to be reused.

Can I export Risk data?

Yes, Risk data can be exported from the Risks board. The other option is setting up an API which can pull data out of Risk Ledger into your chosen tool.

Can anyone in my account open a risk?

The permission modes match the same behaviour as other permissions within the tool. Admin and Edit users are able to interact with the supplier and can open and fully manage risks. View users will be able to view the data but not be able to manage the Risks.

How are Risks opened, about control question or about a supplier?

This is up to you. Risks can be opened about either so it depends on how you want to track risks within your organisation.

How do I change my risk matrix to match my organisations risk matrix?

Any admin users on your account can go to Settings > Risks to manage the risk matrix for your organisation. You can choose the size of the risk matrix, minimum of 2 values and maximum of 5. The labels contained in the impact and likelihood fields can also be tailored.

Does assigning a user or risk owner send that person a notification?

No notifications are sent as a result an assigned user or risk owner being added so separate internal communication needs to occur should those people have any next actions as a result of the risk.
