You will now have a new section on your side bar known as Emerging Threats. Once selected, this page will open and you will be able to view all threats with the first threat being the most recent.

You will also be able to reorder the threats by selecting any of the column headers such as Emerging Threat Name, Date Emerged, Response, Last Updated and Last Updated By. You will also be able to see which users are assigned to which threats in the furthest right hand column.

Once you've reached this page, you will select the threat in which you would like to respond. After selecting a threat, you will then be prompted with the following page:

You will be given a brief description of the threat and a link under Read More to the Risk Ledger blog where you will be able to find more information on the threat.

On this page you can then select your current status, you can find individual definitions for each of these statuses.

After selecting your status, you can then select which account users you would like to allocate to this threat. An example of this can be seen below, we have selected Investigating and assigned Kian Pace as our designated user for this threat.

Once you have completed all the information required on this page, select Submit.

Next, you will be prompted to add your answers to a short set of questions. This will provide your connected clients with more information about the relevance of the Emerging Threat to your organisation and how you are responding.

You can add extra notes and upload evidence to accompany your answers to the questions. At the bottom of the page, click the Update Response button to save your updates.
