Suppliers will be notified by an initial email requesting them to complete their response any Emerging Threat that is published within Risk Ledger. This will look similar to the below image.
If the supplier then doesn't respond to the threat off the back of the initial communications, we will then issue a further email, this can be seen below.
If your supplier still has not responded to the threat, you are able to request further information or ask them to submit a response. This can be done via a discussion, please click HERE to find out more information on launching a discussion with your supplier.
