The Action Centre is where you can manage all sent and received Connection Requests and Remediation Requests.
If you also have a Client account, you can also manage Reviewer Assignment here, too.
Connection Requests

Remediation Requests
To see your Remediation Requests, navigate to Action Centre > Remediation Requests and click View:
This will take you directly to the control the request was raised on. In the screenshot below from the supplier perspective, you can see how the supplier answered [1], what answer the client required as well as the ability to mark the request as complete [2] and a space to leave any comments or context via a free text field [3]:
