Risk Ledger has two-factor authentication (2FA) enforced for all users.

Two-factor authentication helps to protect your account by requiring a second one-time-password (OTP) to be entered each time you login to your account. The OTP can either be sent to users through an SMS or via an authentication app on their smart phone.

You cannot disable two-factor authentication to your account.

You may switch the method of receiving your OTP from SMS to an authentication app, and from an authentication app to SMS, from within the Settings page.
