Using the Supply Chain Data Table

This article will run you through how to use the Supply Chain Data table under the Network Visualisation.

In addition to the Network Visualisation, you can also use the Data Table to refine, filter and export customised lists and views to suit your specific needs.

To access the Data Table, navigate to the left-hand sidebar and select Network > Your Supply Chain Data Table.


How can I add filters?

To add filters simply navigate to the top left-hand side of the data table and select '+ Add Filter'

You can filter by many different data points and combine data points to ensure the table presents the data that is most useful to you.

For example, if you wanted to know which of your Business Services - Accounting, Tax, and Payroll are a Potential Concentration Risk you can use the following filters.


What filters are available?

You can filter by any of the following; Name, Degree, Location, Sector, No. of Clients, Supplier Names and Potential Concentration Risk.

These filters can be accessed by selecting the '+ Add Filter' button as shown below:


How can I change the data that is shown in the table?

You can change the columns that show within the table, by selecting 'Columns' and using the provided toggles to enable and disable the columns you wish to be visible.


How can I export the data table?

You can easily export the data table by selecting 'Export' in the top right-hand side and this will provide you with a CSV. export of the table view as you have it setup.
