We are excited to introduce Add-on Domains to complement our core supplier assessment framework. Add-on Domains are sets of questions on specific topics that may not be relevant for everyone, but are particularly valuable to certain communities of clients and suppliers. They allow you to tailor assessments based on your unique business needs and regulatory requirements.

What’s Changing?

  • You have the flexibility to include or exclude these domains for each supplier.

  • You can set global defaults for Add-on Domains across all your suppliers.

  • By default, all existing customers will continue to require ESG and Financial Risk Add-ons until you choose to adjust this setting.

  • Existing supplier assessments will retain their current answers in these domains.

  • Further Add-on Domains will be continually developed in conjunction with customers and regulatory partners.

Why Use Add-on Domains?

  • Add-on Domains offer several key benefits:

    • Reduced Assessment Size: By making ESG and Financial Risk configurable, you can significantly decrease the number of questions suppliers need to answer when these topics aren't critical to your relationship.

    • Faster Completion Times: With fewer questions, suppliers can complete their assessments more quickly, speeding up your onboarding process.

    • Relevant Assessments: Ensure you're only collecting information that's directly relevant to your business needs, saving time in reviewing supplier responses.

What Add-on Domains are currently available?

  • Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

    • This domain covers how your organisation manages and governs its environmental and social impact.

  • Financial Risk

    • This domain covers the financial controls you have implemented to prevent, identify, and respond to evidence of financial risk.

How can I choose which Add-ons are applied by default?

You can choose which domains you would like to apply to your supplier assessments by default via Settings > Framework & Add-ons. Simply tick the available domains that you want to set as default requirements. Once you're satisfied with your selection, click Save to set your defaults.

How can I set Add-ons when sending a connection request to an existing supplier?

After locating the relevant supplier and selecting their profile, you can choose the option + Add Supplier.

Fill in the details relating to your contact at the organisation and select Connect.

After filling out the contact information, you will be prompted to choose if you would like the supplier to complete any add-on domains. Select any relevant domains then click Continue to confirm.

How can I change a suppliers Add-on requirements after the initial setup?

You can change the required add-ons at any time by navigating to the supplier's profile through Suppliers > All Suppliers and selecting the relevant supplier.

Once you are on the supplier's overview page, navigate to the right-hand side and click the pencil icon next to the Add-ons required section to add or remove add-on requirements for this individual supplier.

How will Add-on Domains impact the compliance score?

Changes to Add-on requirements will have an immediate impact on a supplier's compliance score:

  • When new Add-ons are required, any unanswered controls will be marked as compliant or non-compliant according to the policies applied by the client.

  • Any removed Add-ons will no longer factor into the compliance score.

What Do You Need to Do?

You now have the ability to configure your assessments using Add-on Domains. We recommend reviewing your global settings and adjusting them according to your needs.
