What is G2?

As you may know, G2 is where people come together to review tech products, share user experiences and showcase potential use cases. These reviews help potential customers decide what tool is right for them. In addition, the feedback (both positive and negative) helps the people creating the product (like us) make a better product.

As a Risk Ledger user, you're in the best position to give honest feedback about how we can help organisations. We'd love to lean on your experience using Risk Ledger and use your G2 review to make a better product, as well as share your experience using us with our potential clients. You can leave your thoughts on the product itself, how we help in your day-to-day and any features you wished we had.

Submitting a review should take roughly 5-10 minutes and can be done completely anonymously. The guide below will walk you through how.

Visit our G2 page and click ‘submit a review’

This pullout should be just above the review section. Alternatively, just click here to launch the review widget directly.

Log in and begin writing your review

Sign in using your SSO of choice and begin answering the prompts provided.

Once you have completed the first section, click the button at the bottom to move to the next section which will take a deeper dive into how you use Risk Ledger. The questions shouldn’t take you longer than 7 minutes to complete.

Verify you’re a Risk Ledger user

G2 needs to confirm that you are who you say you are and that you’re a real Risk Ledger user. If you don’t want to publicly share this information you can set your review as anonymous using the tick box at the bottom of the page.

Please note that all the information you share is private and is only being used for verification purposes.

All you have to do now is rank the features

You’ll be asked different questions depending on how you’re currently using the product.

FAQ

Why do I need to sign up with G2 to leave a review?

G2 needs to verify your identity to confirm that you are not an employee or competitor of Risk Ledger. LinkedIn profiles and business emails are the best way to verify your information. However, this information is not tied to your review and you can choose to post your review anonymously.

Are G2 reviews anonymous?

The choice is yours! You can choose to have your name appear publicly or you could also choose to submit a review anonymously. Near the bottom of the review form when you’re submitting your organisation details there is an option that says, “I would like this review to appear as unattributed”. Check this box to leave your review anonymously.

How do I reduce the number of questions I need to answer?

You can reduce the number of questions by selecting only one or two product categories. However, answering the optional questions helps us add more trust and satisfaction related to our product and customer experience.

Am I required to provide a screenshot for review approval?

A screenshot is not required for review approval, however, it can significantly improve your chances of getting your review approved. If you do elect to provide a screenshot, the "Verified Current User" label will also appear on the front end of the review, indicating that you provided a logged-in screenshot of the product being reviewed.

Do I need to provide feedback on every question and feature rating in order to submit my review?

At a minimum, we ask for your insight on all required questions which are marked with a red asterisk. Once all required questions are answered, you can choose to submit your review for moderation.

What happens after I submit my review?

After you submit your review, this will be sent to G2 for moderation. During this time they will verify that this is a genuine review and once approved, your review will be live.
