What is multi-login?
Multi-login lets you use one email address across multiple organisations. If your organisation has a parent company with separate sub-profiles, or spans multiple business entities, you can move between them from a single login.
Who is multi-login useful for?
Users in federated organisations who manage a parent organisation and its client sub-accounts
Users in organisations with multiple business entities that need separate accounts
How to set up multi-login
Multi-login is set up on request, it isn't enabled by default
To get access, contact your CSM or the support team and we'll add your membership to the relevant organisations
What it looks like
If your email is linked to more than one organisation, you'll see an option to choose one when you log in:
Once you're logged in, switch organisations using the switch option in the bottom left of the platform:
