Risk Ledger has templated a security clause that can be added to supplier contracts:

"Supplier shall maintain in place security policies and practices in respect of the Client Data no less stringent than those agreed from time to time between the parties via Risk Ledger (the "Reference Practices"). If Client ceases use of Risk Ledger during the Term, the Reference Practices from that point shall be those in place at the time of such cessation, as updated by mutual agreement between the parties from time to time."
