If you forget your password you can reset it automatically with Risk Ledger.

If the reset does not work automatically, there may be scenarios requiring further troubleshooting, which we cover below.

  1. Navigate to the Risk Ledger log in page.

  2. Select the Forgotten Password link below the log in box.

  3. Enter the email address that you used to create your account (this should be your business email address). Ensure that you are using the correct email address associated with your Risk Ledger account to receive the reset email.

  4. Select Request.

  5. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone registered to the user account.

  6. Please enter and confirm a new password for your account.

  7. Select the Change Password button.

  8. Log in to the Risk Ledger app as normal with your new password.

Ensure that the reset email hasn’t been misclassified by checking your spam and junk folders in your email platform.

You will be sent a code via email or SMS, based on your registered user account settings. Input the code, confirm your new password, and log in.

If your email address is outdated or incorrect, update it in the account settings: go to Settings > Account & Password after logging in and update to a valid, frequently used email.

If you have not completed your first login using the initial credentials or temporary password provided by your organization, the account will remain unconfirmed and password resets will not work. Complete the initial login to update your account status to confirmed.
