I'm reaching out because we are currently reviewing your security profile on the Risk Ledger platform. We have sent you a discussion through Risk Ledger on [date discussion sent], but as of yet have not had a response back from you.
We are not able to complete the review and approve you as a secure supplier without clarification on those discussion points.
Can you please login to your Risk Ledger account and respond to our outstanding discussions through the platform.
Third-party risk management is a requirement of our internal policies, our clients and regulations in our industry so it’s important the review is completed.
If you need support from other people within your organisation to respond to the discussions you can add as many additional users as are required to your Risk Ledger profile.
The Add Users button is in the bottom left of the platform when logged in. The customer success team at Risk Ledger is also on hand to support you if you need any help and is reachable at support@riskledger.com.
