What do my suppliers receive from Risk Ledger when they are invited?
When you send a connection request to a supplier on Risk Ledger, the users on that existing account will be notified via email. In this email, they will be able to see the name of your organisation and any message that you have included in your invitation. When they login to Risk Ledger, they will see a notification in their Action Centre and can also view your connection request and message in here.
After sending the initial connection request email, the Customer Success Team will follow up on your email and loop up your point of contact with the existing users. If this request is not accepted then you can use the below escalation process. These will need to be sent to your original point of contact over email.
As we are unable to provide the contact information of the users to anyone outside of their organisation, the Customer Success Team will follow up on your initial connection request primer email to loop up your point of contact and the users on the account privately.
