What do my suppliers receive from Risk Ledger when their reassessment is due?

Suppliers will receive an email reminder from the platform 4 weeks before their reassessment is due and a second reminder 2 weeks before the due date, which will let them know the deadline for completion. If they don’t complete their reassessment before the due date, the reassessment becomes overdue and they will be sent email reminders once a week until the reassessment is submitted.

It is important that suppliers complete their reassessment, as these reassessments ensure that a supplier’s profile is up-to-date and that you’re receiving accurate information. It may be that you have agreed to annual assessments, but we do recommend updating this when it comes to contract renewals. You can use the below escalation process when you see that a supplier’s reassessment is overdue.

First chaser:

Hi {Contact},

We’re reaching out to you as we can see that your reassessment is overdue on Risk Ledger. We require you to complete this so that we can be sure that we’re accessing accurate information and be aware of any changes to your responses.

If there haven’t been any changes since you last completed this then you will just need to confirm that your answers are still the same, which is a quick process in Risk Ledger.If any responses have changed then you will just need to change your response and confirm this. We ask that you complete this as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,

Second chaser:

Hi {Name}

Your reassessment is still overdue on Risk Ledger. Can you update this as soon as possible?

Your profile has already been completed, so this now just needs to be reviewed where changes have been made. This is not a new assessment, and is only a review of answers and confirmation.

If you have any questions then please let us or the Customer Success Team at Risk Ledger know of this.

Kind Regards,
