You are able to view, open & manage your risks by navigating to the "Risks" page on the left hand side menu panel.

How can I open a risk?

You can open a risk from one of three places, depending on your current workflow. Depending on where you open a risk, it will be either generic or associated with a supplier or a control within the framework.

You can open risks by;

  • Navigating to the "Risks" page on left hand side menu and select the "Open Risk" button located at the top-right of the page.

  • Navigating to a suppliers profile and selecting the "Actions" button to open the actions menu. From here you can select "Open Risk" to open a risk & associate it with the supplier.

  • Navigate to a supplier profile and whilst reviewing their assessment, within an expanded control you can select "Open Risk" to open a risk & associate it with the suppliers answer to a control.

💡 When opening a risk, you'll need to give it at least a name - everything else is optional. Once the risk has been opened, you can continue with your current workflow or view the risk to add more details such as a description, assigned user, risk owner etc.

How can I see all information about a risk?

Once you've opened a risk, you can view the information about it in a number of places throughout the product - allowing you to easily understand the risks context.

You can view a risk by;

  • Navigating to the "Risks" page on the left hand side menu panel and selecting a row within the table.

  • Navigating to a suppliers profile, selecting the "Risks" tab and selecting a row within the table.

  • Navigating to a suppliers profile, selecting the "Activity" tab and selecting an activity item relating to the opening or closing of a risk.

  • Navigating to a suppliers profile, selecting the "Assessment" and when viewing an expanded control, if a risk has been associated, select "View".

How can I find a risk?

If you're looking for a particular risk, navigate to the "Risks" page on the left hand side menu. From here, the filtering and sorting can be applied to narrow down the list of risks.

How can I export all of my risks?

If you're looking for export all of your risks, navigate to the "Risks" page on the left hand side menu. Select the "Export CSV" button at the top right of page to download a CSV export.
