Please note: Clients can only view your answers to the security assessment once a connection has been established. Only connect with Clients that you have a signed contract with.

To accept or reject a Client connection request, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to the Risk Ledger app as an Edit, Admin, or Lead User of an organisation set up as a Supplier. 
  2. Navigate to the Action Centre
  3. Locate the connection request under Open Actions
  4. Click on the Tick button to accept the connection request. Click on the Bin icon to reject the connection request.
