Please note: Clients can only view your answers to the security assessment once a connection has been established. Only connect with Clients that you have a signed contract with.
To accept or reject a Client connection request, please follow the steps below.
- Log in to the Risk Ledger app as an Edit, Admin, or Lead User of an organisation set up as a Supplier.
- Navigate to the Action Centre.
- Locate the connection request under Open Actions.
- Click on the Tick button to accept the connection request. Click on the Bin icon to reject the connection request.
